This is a replacement 1/4-20 threaded screw used to secure appliance components and panels. It restores proper fastening where a matching screw is missing, loose, or stripped and helps stop rattling or misalignment. What it does:
I first ordered the listed roller assembly (front wheels) 2 wheels came one rear wheel and the screw. The information stated frequently bought together showing only one rear wheel (cabinet roller). The installation of the new condenser motor was as the video described; there were no surprises. I noted the difference in operation immediately, the fan was moving at a higher rate of speed in a smoother motion. The new motor had far less shaft end play and seems to move more air across the condenser coil than the original motor. All in all, this was a relatively easy repair that solved a real refrigerator performance problem; the unit now cycles less often and generates less compressor heat. Read more
