This is a small bearing that fits into the lower door hinge assembly, allowing the refrigerator or freezer door to pivot smoothly when opening and closing. The video was quite helpful with step by step instructions. I ordered a belt and idler pulley before dismantling assuming they were the issues. Belt was easy and fit fine but I did not realize the idler pulley was secured with a special fastener, push on cap nut, that would be damaged if removed. So I left it in place.
