The fresh food door hinge lever assembly is a linkage mechanism at the fresh food section's door hinge that guides smooth door movement and helps maintain proper door alignment. It works in combination with the door cam to ensure the door closes evenly and seals tightly against the cabinet. Replace this part if the fresh food door sags, swings unevenly, fails to close on its own, or does not seal correctly.

The auger motor failed and wouldn't turn. I replaced the motor and it works without a problem. Make sure you dont throw away the motor boot or buy one if you don't have one. Otherwise, the temperature will freeze up the motor and lead to premature failure. Read more

Since the compressor was still working, I guessed that either the interior fan was bad or the main control board. Since fans are usually very reliable, I decided to replaced the main control board.
