I ordered both the front long panel and the lower access panel in the new color. I watched the instructional videos which were very helpful. I was very careful to remember where all the screws belonged as I took it apart. The panel required an extra small attachment to fit due to a change in design. I replaced the pump and motor assembly. I also proactively replaced the fill hose while I had the dishwasher out since it was decades old. GE now only sells a generic kit. There were about 7 different sets of directions for different groups of models, and myriad adapters and other parts to support all of them. I wish GE had provided a way of looking up which instructions to use based on model # as that would have saved me a lot of trouble sorting out the instructions, but I didn't find one.... Read more

Dishwasher had begun going through the cycles with not enough water in the chamber. Suspect was the water inlet valve. Checked the AppliancePartsPros video for this repair and ordered the valve from them. It arrived in a timely manner -as usual- and I pulled the dishwasher out, removed the kick toe cover, then the structural brace behind it then removed the valve.
