The new one slid right on easily. It didn't come with a screw but the threads are the same as the screws that are used for putting in light switches so all you need to do is either get a short one or trim a light switch or outlet screw down to size. Read more

I was very careful to remember where all the screws belonged as I took it apart. The panel required an extra small attachment to fit due to a change in design.
