1) By using google to find videos on why the door wouldn't close, I found out I needed new cams, those same videos also showed how to remove and replace the door. 2) Then by googling the fridge model number and the word 'cam', I was able to find the parts. 3) Taking the door off was simple, I needed a phillips head screwdriver to remove the hinge cover, however the screws in the hinge plate were so tight, I needed a side handle socket wrench to loosen them. 4) The door itself is not hard to... I replaced the Combined Hmi Asm Cc 20 but that didn't fix it. I'm going to try to defrost the freezer and see if that fixes it. It was very easy to change the control board which I needed to change because it had cracks in every button so I took the chance. Read more
