We bought a used fridge and forgot to get the hardware to mount the doors. Looked up the model on your website. Common theme on the blogs was thermistors and or defrost heater/thermostat. Ran self-diagnostics which turned on defrost heater which was fine. Found on-line troubleshooting guides. Checked motherboard, showed infinite ohms on heater/thermostat circuit. Took apart freezer compartment, found defrost heater element was toast. Got parts from Appliance Part Pros. Use their How-To videos and parts diagrams to replace heater and gasket. Put freezer back together, and refrigerator got cool. Read more
