When we inspected the first time we found that Plactic had broken from the spiral part that for wards the ice. Also there were cracks in two places of other parts. There was a hole in the bottom of the bin. The new spiral was assembled and two new parts were replaced with help from the video and the diagram and the unit worked well. Got replacement part Pan Kit 234DOM/MON. I needed the wire stand that holds the drawer too but GE discontinued it. When i otdered the above part it was reformatted so the wire frame is not needed. It was easy and works much better Read more
