Replacing the roller assembly corrected the problem. The key to replacing the roller assembly is elevating the refrigerator high enough to remove the roller assembly. Refrigerator with broken water dispenser line. Watched repair video on Appliance Parts Pro website. Ordered cold water reservoir part along with some other light cover and freezer drawer. Parts fit perfectly, repair went like shown in video. Also, called Appliance Parts Pro after not receiving order due to USPS delivering to wrong address, and another order sent out that same day with same parts. First I ordered a new ice door seal, spring, and crank, figuring the condensation in freezer and door was caused by ice door not sealing. Turns out the solenoid for the ice door was completely rusted and was the primary cause, if it had been replaced early, it would have saved the dispenser board. What then happened was the moisture in the freezer door damaged the control board rendering dispenser controls inoperative as well as the heater around the dispenser.
