When we inspected the first time we found that Plactic had broken from the spiral part that for wards the ice. Also there were cracks in two places of other parts. There was a hole in the bottom of the bin. The new spiral was assembled and two new parts were replaced with help from the video and the diagram and the unit worked well. This is the plastic frame that guides and directs water or ice from your refrigerator's dispenser system. It ensures proper flow and prevents spills when dispensing water or ice. Replace it when water or ice doesn't dispense properly, spills occur during dispensing, or the frame is cracked or damaged.
In addition to installing this moisture kit, a new dispenser control board must be installed. Use part number WR55X10270 for 4 or less buttons. Use part number WR55X10195 for 5 or more buttons.

After doing some research, I thought the dispenser interface panel was the main issue with lights not working and not dispensing of ice and water, I ordered and replaced the panel. It should be noted that the clicking issue did start until sometime after we started having dispensing issues which is why I did not think the main control board was an issue.
