I got online to see what might be wrong with my unit and then see what parts were recommended to repair the problem. I found this site and ordered two parts a piston and nut assembly and a check valve if the piston and nut did not fix my problem. Once I received my parts I installed the piston and nut assembly first and that was all I needed to make it drain prperly. We bought a used fridge and forgot to get the hardware to mount the doors. Looked up the model on your website. Using the pictures I was able to order just the parts I needed and not to duplicate anything (or leave anything out!). Compressor overload switch broke in my hand when I removed it but replacing it and the start relay did not fix the problem. I troubleshot the control board with the help of videos from Grace Appliance (https://www.youtube.com/c/GraceAppliance/videos) and found fans were not getting power. I ordered an aftermarket control board that offered free returns but it kept cycling off and on every minute.
