We bought a used fridge and forgot to get the hardware to mount the doors. Looked up the model on your website. Using the pictures I was able to order just the parts I needed and not to duplicate anything (or leave anything out!). Replacing the roller assembly corrected the problem. The key to replacing the roller assembly is elevating the refrigerator high enough to remove the roller assembly. (1) Raise and secure the refrigerator, (2) remove the metal bar across the bottom of the refrigerator to provide adequate access to the roller assembly (2-screws), (3) remove the roller assembly adjustment screw, (4) pry the roller pivot pin out, (5) pull the roller assembly toward the front of the refrigerator to remove, (6)... The front wheel assembly replacement (WRXO2X12454) was straightforward and easy to do. Took maybe 30 minutes start to finish. The rear wheel assembly (wheel WRO2X10695 and axle WRO1X10604) that was more involved as the original wheel axle is actually a rivet that you have to cut out. 1. I used a vibrating multitool with a carbide blade to cut the axle out. Had to use a pair of vise grips to hold the rivet to keep it from spinning while cutting it. 2. Replaced all four cams. It was very easy to do. I didn’t even have to turn off the fridge. You should though when touching electrical connections. The hardest part was aligning the pegs with the holes by myself. Hard to do when balancing the door. Otherwise piece of cake. Thanks guys. Read more

Swapped it out for new tube. Take 5 minutes and zero effort. The drain tube will clog with mold. You can clean it out but the tube will clog again despite's you best efforts as the tube wall provide a great habitat. Ordered new tubes to facilitate swap-outs. Old tubes can be cleaned but will recolonize quickly. Read more

Refrigerator with broken water dispenser line. Watched repair video on Appliance Parts Pro website. Ordered cold water reservoir part along with some other light cover and freezer drawer. Parts fit perfectly, repair went like shown in video.
