This is a small plastic positioner that clips onto the dishwasher rack and holds the tine rows in their adjusted positions, allowing you to customize the rack layout for different dish sizes. I bought the part from AppliancePartsPros.com. Removed water inlet hose. Removed water outlet hose. Removed water inlet valve which was held on with one screw. Replaced the water inlet value.
