After attempts to reset failed, concluded that I needed new console panel. Ordered the part and received it quickly within a couple days. Repair was simple as it was just a matter of removing a few screws and unplugging old panel from control module and replacing with new panel. A 15 minute project that fixed the problem. Read more

Unplug the old twist remove. Push the new one in twist,plug the wires in. Flop around on floor under sink to hook every thing up. Read more

I called the helpful people at appliance parts pro. They said it could be three parts, so I ordered all three. It was December 23, and we needed our dishwasher for Christmas. I overnighted the parts, and they arrived on Christmas eve. I watched the video twice before starting. I tested the thermal fuse and there was no continuity.
