1) By using google to find videos on why the door wouldn't close, I found out I needed new cams, those same videos also showed how to remove and replace the door. 2) Then by googling the fridge model number and the word 'cam', I was able to find the parts. 3) Taking the door off was simple, I needed a phillips head screwdriver to remove the hinge cover, however the screws in the hinge plate were so tight, I needed a side handle socket wrench to loosen them. 4) The door itself is not hard to... Called Appliance Repair Company , , service guy came out, told me that GE no longer makes that hinge and GE would need to recast would take 4 weeks plus and cost $ 100.00 plus installation, they never showed up.
