When we inspected the first time we found that Plactic had broken from the spiral part that for wards the ice. Also there were cracks in two places of other parts. There was a hole in the bottom of the bin. The new spiral was assembled and two new parts were replaced with help from the video and the diagram and the unit worked well. I ordered the Cover Pan glass, glass front gasket and gasket lower shield. The diagrams on Appliciancepartspros.com were very helpful in ordering the correct parts. Once the parts arrived at the house, I put the gaskets on the glass and slide the glass into place. Read more

I just can't throw anything that works away, especially an expensive refrigerator. After the second shelf brackets wore out from 12 years of use, I decided to try buying replacement shelves, since the refrigerator still works great. For $200, I replaced all the broken shelves and brackets, giving me my original new refrigerator again, at least for awhile. The packages arrived quickly and I'm back to having a full functioning refrigerator again! Read more

Replaced the main circuit board , it was burnt at a relay . Then the dispenser board had no lights and would not dispense ice , replaced that board . I had been having trouble with dispensing ice , especially cursed ice , the motor would not turn to crush the ice . The solenoid for cubed ice was noisy . Ordered the solenoid and motor for the auger . To remove the motor it takes a special socket for the nut on the shaft , I used a 17/32 socket , the nut has reversed threads . It fit the nut very...
