Watched the video and replaced it. Though I did one wire moving at a time, rather than pull all the wires off and then try to figure where they go. I did take a photo first though for backup, but did not need it.
Need the needle nose pliers to take connectors off the old one. Did not want to rip wire from fastener.

Use small socket on a drill to remove the 4 screws from the rear panel.
took 5 minutes.
