Tested the power to the unit by turning on the cooktop portion and saw that I had power to all of the burners. Turned the selector knob to broil and saw that the top element would heat up. I searched online for a replacement broiler support. I did not know what the part was called so initially searching was a little difficult. However, appliance parts pros made it easy to find the correct part; their onlne pic matched my part and I was comfortable purchasing from them. It shipped and I received it quickly. In 20-year-old GE Electric Range Model Model JBP78BY1BB, I replaced the electric control panel for oven. Original GE Part was WB27T10102. Appliance Parts Pro (APP) provided excellent help and directed me to the closest replacement, which was GE Part No. WB27X10311 with APP part no. AP263445.
