I searched online for a replacement broiler support. I did not know what the part was called so initially searching was a little difficult. However, appliance parts pros made it easy to find the correct part; their onlne pic matched my part and I was comfortable purchasing from them. It shipped and I received it quickly. In 20-year-old GE Electric Range Model Model JBP78BY1BB, I replaced the electric control panel for oven. Original GE Part was WB27T10102. Appliance Parts Pro (APP) provided excellent help and directed me to the closest replacement, which was GE Part No. WB27X10311 with APP part no. AP263445. This retainer secures the oven door hinges in place and is located at the bottom corners of the oven door frame. Replace if the oven door sags, won't stay closed properly, or if the hinges appear loose or misaligned.
