I searched online for a replacement broiler support. I did not know what the part was called so initially searching was a little difficult. However, appliance parts pros made it easy to find the correct part; their onlne pic matched my part and I was comfortable purchasing from them. It shipped and I received it quickly. In 20-year-old GE Electric Range Model Model JBP78BY1BB, I replaced the electric control panel for oven. Original GE Part was WB27T10102. Appliance Parts Pro (APP) provided excellent help and directed me to the closest replacement, which was GE Part No. WB27X10311 with APP part no. AP263445. APP's postings of the comments of several other customers who had experienced the same failure (broiler burner will not shut off) were very helpful. The replacement part proved to be a correct...
