Pulled oven/range away from wall. Unplugged appliance. Removed oven racks and then the four screws holding fan/heating element cover. Holding fan blade used socket to remove retaining nut and then slid fan blade off of motor shaft. Note: the retaining nut is removed by turning clockwise. This small plastic button covers the electrical connection point where the range plugs into the wall outlet, located on the back of the unit. Replace if the button is cracked, missing, or doesn't properly cover the plug connection.
