Ordered the new o-rings for the pump housing and main filter screen unit. Cleaned all water hardness and other debris out of all parts. Main filter and inside parts clogged with water hardness/limescale and other debris. The 3" wide round filter internal was completely clogged with debris and some of the filter holes we crystallized with water limescale. Replaced the timer. Overall simple fix. Read more
O-rings, sleeves and nuts are not included. For O-rings use WPY913079. For sleeves use 99001333. For nuts use 99002208
Removed 8 screws that retain inner door to outer door. Removed rinse aid dispenser nut and replaced O-ring around dispenser. Also, removed 2 screws that retain the latch assembly and replaced rubber grommet around latch lever that retains soap dispenser door. Read more
Lower spray bar had what looked like spaghettis blocking & protruding from holes on top. Upon further inspection found to be some type of fiber. Further, inspection revealed fiber came from rinse arm. Ordered a new spray bar from you, arrived in three days. Clean all including filters/spray bar put all back together ran like new. The foam was shot on the detergent cup lid. Hard as a rock. Causing caking problems, dribble down the inside wall of the door and leaving lumps of detergent. Cut the door in half wit aviation snips and pulled out the two halves. Discovered at this point that the spring had gone soft. Bought one ahead of time, so I was set. Put the spring on the left pin, put the spring pin in the door, slipped the door into place (open) and put the right pin in with pliers. Door snaps open now. Read more
