Unfortunately, despite some dedicated efforts on the part Audrey Patrick and others, the problem was not solved. I replaced the door hinges, liner and gasket, but none of these solved what I believe is a flawed design. Very easy fix. Remove oven door by just opening it slightly and pulling up. (an easy way to clean it too). Then, with a phillips screw driver, remove two screws holding the damaged element in place. Slowly pull the element toward the front a couple inched to expose the wires. Disconnect the wires (no tools needed), remove the old element and replace it with the new. I ordered the part from you guys.....the part was delivered to my door step in a couple of days.....that same day just after I received the part......I decided to put the new part in.....it was easier than I thought it would be.....20 minutes later I had the new part in........while I was at it I also cleaned the bottom of the stove, put all the racks back in and turned the stove on to see if the fan was working......my goodness I fixed it myself........I am very happy with your fast service...
