Even though this part wasn't the exact correct part for my Jenn Air oven JJW9630DDS- this door did the trick. I had to drill 2 holes in the metal door part that holds the glass but the handle and suspension clips fit perfectly. This one has a scoop top where the original had a straight top - so that is noticeable in the repair but barely... also the black part of the glass is not as black as the original but barely noticeable. Very easy fix. Remove oven door by just opening it slightly and pulling up. (an easy way to clean it too). Then, with a phillips screw driver, remove two screws holding the damaged element in place. Slowly pull the element toward the front a couple inched to expose the wires. Disconnect the wires (no tools needed), remove the old element and replace it with the new. I replaced the downdraft fan and fan motor of my 25 year old JennAire C301 cooktop. The issue was getting the fan/motor assembly out in such a tight place. I had to first remove the fan cover, cut the wires, then the assembly came out. Putting back wasn't as tough although getting the cover back on (over the motor) was a bit of a strain.
