After 20 years of flawless service my gas range needed repair: the thermostat. I viewed GE's DYI repair video. Its a very easy repair that should have taken 20 minutes but it took us forever because we couldn't get the oven sensor to snake into the oven chamber. The angle was too acute. I called them to be sure that I had the correct burner valve, and it's a good thing I did because the correct one was slightly different than what was listed on the website. They shipped it VERY quickly and it was an easy 5 minute job after that. The service was wonderful! They took their time on the phone to be sure that they had the correct part for the job, and I'm so glad they did.
