I called them to be sure that I had the correct burner valve, and it's a good thing I did because the correct one was slightly different than what was listed on the website. They shipped it VERY quickly and it was an easy 5 minute job after that. The service was wonderful! They took their time on the phone to be sure that they had the correct part for the job, and I'm so glad they did. This is why you're always my first call when something goes wrong with one of my appliances. Read more

Wiring may be different from original control, part may have to be installed by an appliance technician.
This genuine replacement part is a GE range oven control board. The oven control board is the main circuit board that controls the ovens' essential functions. If the oven isn't heating properly, not turning on, or showing an error code on the digital display, it might be time to replace the control board. Replacing a control board may seem like a difficult task, but it is a relatively simple process. First, unplug the power to the stove. Move the appliance back to gain access to the back. Remove the upper back panel, and locate the control board. Take note of the order of the wires using a phone camera. Then detach the wire harness from the old control board. Remove any individual wires with needle-nose pliers. Then reattach the wires to the new control board in the correct terminals. Snap the new control board into place and reinstall the upper back panel of the range. This OEM part is compatible with GE, Hotpoint, and RCA range ovens.
