Oven Control Board
Genuine Ge part
By: Ge
Part Number: WB27K10221

This is an oven control board. It allows the user to control the main functions of the oven. When the control panel on an oven malfunctions, the user is unable to control oven functions through the control panel. This issue is usually followed by the backlight on the clock and timer display going out once the control panel breaks down completely. Using a voltage tester can verify whether the control panel is the root of the problem. Unplug the oven from its main power source and slide out from the wall. Remove the screws that hold the rear panel in place and slide the rear panel to the side. This will allow immediate access to the control board. Unplug the control board from its wire harness, then remove the anchoring screws holding it in place. Remove the control board from the control panel. If the faceplate is not damaged, it can be salvaged by carefully prying it off with a razor blade. Repeat these steps in reverse to install the new component. This genuine OEM replacement oven control board is sourced directly from GE. The control board is only available individually and is not included with other parts or the original appliance. This part is compatible with GE ovens.
