Positions and supports oven door glass to maintain proper alignment. Replace if worn, cracked, or missing to prevent glass rattling and gaps.
Protective wire cover for range burner igniter wires. Replaces cracked, broken, or missing covers. Shields wiring from damage inside the range cabinet.
Checked online instructions for range top ands rear upright removal. Cleaned inside surfaces before removing individual wires one at a time. Ran the new wires through retainers first, then to the correct igniters next. Replaced removed parts to restore. Note: The remove the top burner screws from the cook top before trying to remove it. Harness connects spark module to burner igniters on gas ranges. Replace if wires are frayed, cracked, burned, or damaged to restore reliable ignition.
The only issue I had was that I had ordered spark igniters the week prior after watching your repair video which showed the spark igniters with wires attached. When the ignitors arrived, there were no wires, so I ordered this harness which actually fixed the problem with having to open the igniters. I am now trying to return the igniters, but I can't do it without the serial number from my appliance, which I did not use the order the parts, I now have to make a trip back up to my rental unit... Replaced faulty latch with new latch. New latch was different configuration, but the fit was okay. The only issue was that the wires to the electric motor were just barely long enough. Overall easy repair if you have a T15 Torx bit, phillips screwdriver, and 1/4" nut driver. Hardest part is removing the gas cooktop to gain access to the cleaning latch. 0. We replaced the igniter. To do the job right you need to pull the oven off the wall (this was the 6 burner with griddle dual oven). you need to get to the igniter plug by taking off the entire back.... easier than it sounds... the hardest part is sliding the stove out and back in...
