Very easy fix. Remove oven door by just opening it slightly and pulling up. (an easy way to clean it too). Then, with a phillips screw driver, remove two screws holding the damaged element in place. Slowly pull the element toward the front a couple inched to expose the wires. Disconnect the wires (no tools needed), remove the old element and replace it with the new. I replaced the electronic control board and the bake element works now.during bake and convection bake. I replaced the one oven door hinge as the spring was broken in the original one and now the door closes tightly again. Read more
