Jenn-Air convection oven fan was very noisy, especially at startup. I ordered a replacement with "slow boat" shipping. It arrived the next day! There are 6 screws to remove, unplug the old unit, and replace with the new one. Silence! It took about 10 minutes to replace (I had taken the old one out previously to determine if there was something that could be done). Read more
