Very easy fix. Remove oven door by just opening it slightly and pulling up. (an easy way to clean it too). Then, with a phillips screw driver, remove two screws holding the damaged element in place. Slowly pull the element toward the front a couple inched to expose the wires. Disconnect the wires (no tools needed), remove the old element and replace it with the new. Reverse the past few steps and re-attach the wires and screw. Simple as that. I also chose to replace the Broiler Element as a... Read more

Everything is controlled by the Electronic Control Board so it was logical that this board was the problem, so I ordered a new one from AppliancePartspros.com. It was easy to replace and I was able to disconnect the wiring from the old board and connect it right to the new board so no chance of screwing the wiring up. Once I got it connected and verified that everything else... Read more
Jenn-Air convection oven fan was very noisy, especially at startup. I ordered a replacement with "slow boat" shipping. It arrived the next day! There are 6 screws to remove, unplug the old unit, and replace with the new one. Silence! It took about 10 minutes to replace (I had taken the old one out previously to determine if there was something that could be done). Read more
