This is a small synchronous motor that drives the turntable inside the microwave, slowly rotating the glass tray to ensure even heating of food. It mounts beneath the microwave floor and connects to the turntable coupler. Replace this motor if the turntable has stopped spinning or rotates intermittently while the microwave is running.
Turned the microwave on its back. Took a hammer and screwdriver to punch out the small access door for the motor, unscrewed two screws holding the motor and unplugged the the wiring harness. Attached the new motor with the two screws and plugged the wiring harness back on. Finally, attach the access door with the screw.
