Tried replacing the bulb, but the porcelain socked was damaged. Found AppliancePartsPros with a google search for oven parts. Using the site, it was easy to locate the light assembly using the oven model number. The part came in just a few days and was easily replaced. The replacement fixture was complete - even had a bulb!. Only had to remove two screws, unplug the old fixture, plug in the new fixture, and replace the screws. We did turn OFF the power during this. The oven was so loud, it was hard to talk to someone in the kitchen. We replaced the motor and the fan blade. 1. Turn off power to the oven. 2. Remove the oven doors 3. Remove the cover for the fan. 4. Turn the fan blade nut clockwise to loosen( it's opposite of normal) - Save the nut and the small clip that is behind the fan as you'll need them again. 5. We updated a 'not so old' Biscuit GE Range to BLACK. It was easy to figure out what parts I needed by using the selection process on the web-site, I ordered parts then followed the pictures and videos provided to change out the handle, panel, drawer and knobs, I used two metal look back splash panels on the door to give it a rustic look and am very happy with the result. This control board manages your oven's temperature regulation, heating cycles, and user interface functions. It processes temperature settings and controls heating elements to maintain accurate cooking temperatures. Replace this board if your oven won't heat, maintains incorrect temperatures, or the control panel becomes unresponsive.
