This is a metal base rail that mounts inside the oven cavity and provides a track or support structure for internal components such as racks or drawer slides. It helps guide and stabilize parts as they slide in and out of the oven. Replace this rail if it is bent, corroded, or broken, causing racks or other components to sit unevenly or not slide smoothly.
