Ordered the part which came within a week. Rather than pop back on easily, I did have to spend some time of installing it. The bottom slot insert plastic piece was a little too wide and I had to file it down to get it to slide into the microwave. Also had to take a rubber mallet to get in all the way into place. Took plastic edging off the inner door then had to get the Metal section to come apart, leaving front window in the front to get to 2 of the 4 screws. Read more

Ordered new handle from website which was very easy. Clicked on the video showing how to open the panel to access the screws that secure the handle. Opened panel with a kitchen knife and proceeded to unscrew the handle. That was the most difficult part; however, we got it. First I Googled the microwave, found the part number then Googled the part number. I then found Appliance partspros.com and ordered the handle. It arrived the next day! That was impressive. I then Googled how to install it (have to take the door apart) and found the right instructions on Youtube. After several attempts I got it right and fixed it! I ordered a new fan and motor unit and replaced the faulty unit.The case of the microwave was easy to unscrew and remove. The most difficult operation was to remove the appliance from the wall bracket as it weighed about 28kg. The cable connection to the motor was a push fit. Read more
