Dropped unit about six inches by support bolts (cabinet access) and replaced socket light assembly, replaced stovetop bulbs, replaced motorized vent grill. Replaced interior light bulb. I think it defies common sense but you have to drop the unit from its moorings to replace the interior bulb. Owner's manual says it is a two-man job, which compounds this engineering debacle. Ordered door switches, but didn't solve problem. Sent them back for credit. Ordered thermostat and it solved the problem. Microwave now works fine. The unit is only 7 years old and hope to get another 7 or more out of it. Thanks. Read more
