First replaced water/ice maker solenoid switches at bottom of refrigerator with no improvement. Then replaced filter head and the base that was broken. That fixed the problem as the filter head had started leaking when cap/filter was removed. There was no leak for a long time at the filter head so it was difficult to determine just where the problem was in the system. Read more

This upper basket is the dishwasher rack insert that holds plates, glasses and small items in the top rack so they stay organized and get a proper wash. It replaces damaged or warped upper baskets to restore secure loading and water flow. What it does:

Provides stable support for glasses, bowls and lightweight dishes in the upper rack
Keeps items separated to improve cleaning and reduce chipping
Restores proper alignment and routing of water to top-rack items
Replaces cracked, bent or missing upper basket sections that allow items to tip or fall

What's included: One upper basket Install notes:

Disconnect power to the dishwasher before servicing and turn off the water supply if needed
Remove the upper rack to access and swap the basket; no special tools are normally required
Inspect rack rollers and tracks while re-installing the rack to ensure smooth operation
If clips or fasteners are present, reinstall them as shown in the manufacturer's instructions
