I made the problem with I turned on the oven cleaner without removing the metal racks. Dumb move!!!! My bright shiny racks became ugly racks that I lived with until my feeble mind realized that I could order new ones for my old oven. I'm no repair expert, but this looked like a really easy job, but it wasn't. It took about 1.5 hours. You have to remove the oven from the wall to do the job. After you remove the back panel it's pretty self explanatory. I had some difficulty getting the back panel to fit properly. Patience and persistence. I suggest taking a photo of the panel before you remove it to help. In the end it's all together and working fine. Read more
