I made the problem with I turned on the oven cleaner without removing the metal racks. Dumb move!!!! My bright shiny racks became ugly racks that I lived with until my feeble mind realized that I could order new ones for my old oven. Includes the two terminal solenoid, plunger and spring.
This mirco switch has normally closed contacts. This means when you press the button the contacts will be open.
Replaced the switch, installed easy. Read more

This is the left side handle bracket. For right side use 4455803.
