Studied schematics and watched many on-line videos. Did some electrical checks with VOM (Volt/Ohm Meter). Determined that control panel thermal fuse attached to back of control panel had opened due to high temp. Determined that the upper oven thermal fuse on back of oven had opened due to high temp. This replacement transformer steps down household 120VAC, 60Hz power to the low voltage used by the appliance's electronic control. Replacing a failed transformer can restore power to the display/clock and control circuits so cooking functions respond properly. What it does:
Replaced power transformer. I used a multimeter to measure output voltage of the transformer and discovered there was no output voltage.
