I'm no repair expert, but this looked like a really easy job, but it wasn't. It took about 1.5 hours. You have to remove the oven from the wall to do the job. After you remove the back panel it's pretty self explanatory. I had some difficulty getting the back panel to fit properly. Patience and persistence. I suggest taking a photo of the panel before you remove it to help. In the end it's all together and working fine. Read more

This inner window glass panel allows you to view food cooking inside your wall oven while maintaining the oven's insulation and seal. It's positioned between the outer door glass and the oven interior to provide heat resistance. Replace this glass if it's cracked, cloudy, or broken, which can affect both visibility and the oven's ability to maintain proper cooking temperatures.
This is a Whirlpool microwave/oven combo control panel assembly. This control panel is intended for installation on wall-style ovens. The control panel assembly contains the controls and circuit board that dictate the functions of the microwave and stove. It is essential to have a properly functioning assembly and control board to ensure satisfactory heating.Always test with a voltage meter before diagnosing an appliance issue. When the control board begins to malfunction, all or some of the appliance's functions may start to fail. This can happen over time or all at once, depending on the severity of the malfunction. Baking and broiling may work periodically, certain microwave functions may not work, or the backlight on the timer area may go out. Unplug the electrical source and slide the unit out from the wall. Open the lower area and locate the two bottom screws that fasten the trim in place around the unit. This will allow removal from the perimeter of the entire appliance. Moving to the top where the control panel is, locate the two screws on the bottom of the control panel assembly. Removing these will free the assembly, and the wire harness can be disconnected. Connect the new component and replace the screws and trim. This part is compatible with Whirlpool and KitchenAid appliances.
The range oven vent control manages airflow and steam release during cooking by opening and closing the oven's ventilation system. Located near the oven cavity, it regulates internal pressure and moisture levels during baking and roasting. Replace if the oven retains excessive moisture, has poor temperature control, or visible steam doesn't vent properly during cooking.
