Dispenser would not switch between detergent and softener. It was stuck on softener dispensing. Bill C. • Las Vegas , NV • August 23, 2020
Replaced the switch. The lever and cam looked good, but they are inexpensive and the machine is 15 years old, so I replaced them as well.

The hose connecting the dispenser to the washer was leaking while removing the hose the plastic nipple from the dispenser broke off the machine is 20 years old Martin C. • Memphis , MI • February 08, 2016

I have to say it wasn't that hard to do and my wife was so happy that I was able to fix it myself! I probably saved $200 or $300 in service calls and labor on top of what they...

Getting an f11 error code and boot leaking. Shari E. • Temecula , CA • September 05, 2019
The computer was easy to replace. Just took off top of washer (3 screws on back of washer), took picture of the front and side wire connections, removed old computer and replaced it, plugging in the old wire harness. I used a you tube video. I have not replaced the boot yet, but will use the video on your website.
