This is a gas supply tube that delivers gas to the broil burner in a gas range or oven. It connects the gas valve to the broil burner assembly, allowing fuel to reach the burner for proper ignition. Replace this tube if you notice a gas smell near the broiler, if the broil burner won't light or heats unevenly, or if the tube shows signs of corrosion or damage.
