This evaporator clip secures the refrigerator evaporator assembly and related components so the cooling system stays aligned and vibration-free. It helps maintain proper airflow and prevents rubbing or loose parts. What it does:
Retainer clip for bottom-mount refrigerators. Secures shelves, drawers, or internal components in place. Replace if cracked, broken, or missing.
Evaporator shroud cover for refrigerators. Encloses the evaporator coil assembly. Replace if cracked, broken, or missing to restore proper airflow.
Water supply tube for refrigerators. Connects water line to dispenser or ice maker. Replace if cracked, leaking, kinked, or damaged during service.
Internal mounting bracket for bottom-mount refrigerators. Secures components in place. Replace if cracked, bent, broken, or missing to restore proper fit.
Secures trim panels and interior components in your refrigerator. Replace if broken, missing, or loose to prevent rattling and ensure proper panel fit.
Secures hoses to fittings on water and vent lines to prevent leaks. Replace if loose, cracked, or connection drips. Confirm fit with your model number.
Front kickplate grille panel that installs at the base of your refrigerator for a finished look. Replace if cracked, broken, or clips are damaged.

Connects the dispenser motor to the ice bucket auger. Replace if stripped, worn, or broken to restore proper torque transfer and smooth ice dispensing.
Removed drip pan from ice dispenser. Removed two screws hidden behind drip pan to loosen bezel at bottom. Carefully lifted bezel off top hook to expose controller board cabling. Disconnected three connectors to control board behind bezel to remove bezel completely. Removed two (possibly three) screws to access the back of the ice chute mechanism.
