Control board burned out and trim was missing at bottom of oven Sal E. • Colorado Springs , CO • October 16, 2015
I replaced the board. The old one was difficult to get out because some of the terminals were a bit stubborn. The new board went in fairly easily though. I made sure to mark and take pics of the wires so there was no confusion on where they went. I can't believe how much brighter the display on the new board is!
When I moved in the lower trim was missing from the oven. The piece I ordered went right on and definitely looks much better.

I'm no repair expert, but this looked like a really easy job, but it wasn't. It took about 1.5 hours. You have to remove the oven from the wall to do the job. After you remove the back panel it's pretty self explanatory. I had some difficulty getting the back panel to fit properly. Patience and persistence. I suggest taking a photo of the panel before you remove it to help.
In the end it's all together and working fine.

Installing the new control panel was fairly easy (had to dismount and reattach the main circuit board), and since then the oven has been working perfectly, no random beeps as before.
