I just moved into a new (old) house with existing refrigerator, which was missing the kick plate. I found ApplianePartsPros online, entered the serial number and easily identified the part I needed. Ordered a drop-in replacement. The most difficult part was scraping a bit of packaging adhesive off of the glass. Note: I checked "Screwdrivers" under "Which tools did you use?" because the web site assumes tools are needed and doesn't accept "Other." No tools were needed except a razor blade to scrape off the adhesive. Read more

I troubleshot it and determined it is the motor and housing that were worn out. Waiting on the housing to ship before I replace all the components. When I receive it, all will be an easy fix. I ordered all my parts and all in stock were received on the date as promised. Read more
