Viewed video on how to repair ice door. Take care when using a putty knife to pry the exterior cover of the ice/water dispenser frame off door. Look underneath and make sure you are not prying against the part that's bolted to the door or you could break it.. Ordered a drop-in replacement. The most difficult part was scraping a bit of packaging adhesive off of the glass. Note: I checked "Screwdrivers" under "Which tools did you use?" because the web site assumes tools are needed and doesn't accept "Other."
