This pivot clip allows the dishwasher tines to fold down flat, creating space for loading large plates and cookware in the lower rack. I bought the part from AppliancePartsPros.com. Removed water inlet hose. Removed water outlet hose. Removed water inlet valve which was held on with one screw. Replaced the water inlet value.
