I reviewed the schematic and saw the Volute Seal, and Impeller Seal were the two that were closest my source of water. After watching the video about changing the Impeller/seal I removed the motor, impeller, and volute; I found that the impeller seal was the faulty one in my case. Since I'd ordered the volute and impeller seal kits (as I wasn't sure which it was) I installed both while I had it apart. Runs great, no water - simple to do. The seal changes took about 20 minutes. After paying approx. $60 for a service tech to diagnose the problem during which time I watched the process, I noted how simple it would be to swap out the old part of a new one. Tech document behind kick plate gave the test procedure that indicated that the keypad had shorted out. Replaced the control panel that has the key pad incorporated into it. Read more

Per the instruction panel the problem was most likely the control panel. I took a gamble and ordered a new one. Very easy to install if you're somewhat mechanically inclined. There are several YouTube videos out there as well to assist you in the removal and new install. Took approximately 5-10 minutes to replace depending on your skill level.
