Replaced dried crumbling rubber foot. Cleaned inside and outside of dryer before installing igniter cleared vent hose. Leveled unit installed dryer igniter. Fired it up.Runs Great Now. Read more

• Doesn't shut off
• Timer will not advance

With a Phillips screw driver, on the back of the control panel there was about 6 or 7 screws to undo, to take the cover off and 2 screws holding the timer in place. Just undone those, took out old timer, made sure I took wires from old timer one at a time, and, put on new timer. Put everything back, although I had to find a couple of very small washers to make the timer fit tight, in the 2 holes it came out of. Luckily I had those or would of been a very loose timer. • No heat or not enough heat

• Element will not heat

It was very easy to find the part we needed, I put the model number in and it showed all the parts. Picked the broken buner, ordered it and was amazed, it came the next day. The directions were on the back of our stove. Simply followed what it said to do. Replaced burner, put it back together. Works perfectly. Wish we would of fixed it sooner. I ordered all the parts necessary to replace the heating element and thermostat on a Sunday night. Appliance Parts Pros shipped on Monday AM and I received them on Wednesday. It took me 45 minutes to disassemble the dryer, replace the parts and have the dryer working again. It should be good for another 35 years which should cover me for my needs. We took the dryer out of the laundry room and took it apart, after reviewing numerous videos at Appliance Parts Pros for direction. Removed front panel, front bulkhead and drum. Then removed exhaust duct, blower assembly and finally motor. (Use large flat blade screw-driver to press very hard down and out on motor mount to remove). Our heating element had broken coils. Typed model number in to see which parts were likely to fix the problem. AppliancePartsPros told me exactly which parts to try. I took some part numbers from the underneath side of the burner along with the stove model number and entered them on the internet and luckily found the part that I was looking for - I purchased it and it was delivered very quickly (faster than I expected). I took pictures of the burner before taking it apart and then removed the broken burner and replaced it with the new burner, put all the other parts back together and it worked perfectly the first time I turned it on.
